ZOOM HANDY HINT

Don't wait until the time of your scheduled Behaviour Consultation to test out entering the Zoom meeting. Do this anytime, with the join Zoom Meeting link provided in your Booking Confirmation email.

We recommend giving it a go a few days before your scheduled Behaviour Consultation. By clicking on the join Zoom Meeting link you enter the meeting, but it will inform you that your host hasn't started the meeting yet.

This is a great way to get familiar with Zoom ahead of your consultation. If you get stuck or have trouble, send us an email and we will help you.

IS MAKING A VIDEO CALL ON ZOOM FREE:

ZOOM is a free service. If the wifi or cellular internet connection you are using is free, then the video call is free. If the internet connection you are using costs you or you are using mobile data, then data charges or mobile data allowance limits will apply, depending on your service provider.

Video streaming uses quite a bit of data, therefore, make sure you check your use or use wifi where possible.

VIDEO CALL QUALITY:

Make sure you have a strong internet connection when placing or receiving video calls. A poor or improperly configured connection might result in poor video or audio quality. If you're connected to Wifi, your video call quality is dependent on your wireless network signal strength and network data speed. To make and receive video calls you require an internet connection with an internet speed of 3 Mbps or greater. You can check your internet speed by typing "speed test" into Google, and then clicking "Run Speed Test".
